Introduction to the instrument
LH-XRFII rock element analyzer is an optical instrument that analyzes the element content of samples such as cores, cuttings, borehole cores, and outcrops in the logging site. Analysis of properties and brittleness, etc., to form a curve report.
The instrument has fast analysis speed, high test accuracy, good repeatability, strong stability, small size, light weight, flexible operation, and is suitable for on-site logging conditions.
Main technical parameters:
elemental analysis range: sodium (Na) to uranium (U)
can analyze 35 elements at the same time
Analysis range of element content: 1ppm-99.99%
Pipe pressure: 0-50KV
Pipe flow: 1-500uA
Energy resolution: better than 122eV
Energy measurement range: 1-40KeV
measurement time: 3 minutes
Analysis accuracy (RSD): <0.05%
Vacuum degree: 10 seconds up to 10-2Pa, high vacuum area 10-1 – 10-5Pa p>
Instrument size: 480x430x580mm

Advantages:
1. Imported electric refrigeration semiconductor detector is adopted, and the instrument is automatically calibrated to ensure long-term stable and reliable operation of the instrument
2. The vacuum measurement system is adopted to ensure the stable vacuum of the instrument, improve the accuracy of light element measurement, and prevent the vacuum chamber from returning oil
3. Lithology analysis of volcanic rock and sedimentary rock, rock brittleness analysis, etc. can be performed
4, with lithology recognition functions such as plate analysis, curve analysis, approach analysis, etc.
5. Provide element data statistical parameters and support custom design of analysis plates
6, can flexibly control data import/export
7, can be customized parameter design
8. Various report forms, customizable design
