产品原理

LH系列绞车传感器安装在钻机滚筒轴上，它随滚筒转动产生脉冲信号，是综合录井仪和气测仪记录钻时和井深时不可缺少的传感器。

产品参数

类型：接近开关或者光电方式

遮光片规格： 12齿或20齿

工作电压：5V（光电）；8V（接近开关）

输出信号

1 两路脉冲信号

2 输出脉冲信号占空比1:1(偏差≤10%)。

1)Product principle

The product is installed in the rig roller shaft and Rotate with the roller to produce a pulse signal. It is a indispensable sensor for record drilling and depth.

Among then, the series of LH-JC1406A using two sets of pulse signals generated by the Hall element in the role of magnetic induction. This product is composed by the stator and rotor. The Hall element is supine in the staor slot, When the rotation of the rotor magnet turmtable continued to sweep from the front of the probe, so with a certain phase of the pulse signal generated in the two output.

The series of LH-JC1406BII and LH-JC1406D internal equipped with photoelectric control circuit, with a 12-tooth stainless steel shading film.Produce two sets of pulse signal when the rotation of the winch.

The series of LH-JC1406C internal equipped with two proximity switches,with a 12 tooth dial stainless steel sheet. When the rotation of the winch, block and conduction of two adjacent switch, issued two sets of electrical pulses.
