产品原理

　　LH钻井参数仪是一种在钻井生产上用来反映钻井过程中各种有用参数、监测井下情况、预防工程事故的一种装置，它包括信息采集系统、信息处理系统和防爆显示器等部分。钻井参数仪由传感器采集如泵冲、压力、大钩高度、大钩悬重等参数，并传输给信号处理系统，参数经由处理后发给显示器，可实时显示各种井下参数，以供工作人员分析使用。

　　★处理机采用研华工控机

　　★接头防水等级达到IP68

1)Product principle

LH drilling parameters instrument is a device which is drilling production to reflect on the drilling process of a variety parameters, monitoring of down-well conditions, prevention engineering accident .IT includes information acquisition system, information processing system and explosion-proof display part. Drilling parameters instrument get them by sensors such as pump speed, pressure, height of hook, hook suspension parameters (such as weight), and transmit to the signal processing system ,then the parameter is processed to the display, cane display all kinds of down-hell parameters in real-time, analysis used for staff.
